Hi, I’ve been using Promotes Rest/Recovery (MK2866/Ostarine) for about 30 days. I started with one 20mg tablet for 15 days, and now I’m down to 10mg. I find this product quite strong for me; I have so much energy with 20mg! I’m seeing a big effect on my veins, which are swollen, and on my energy, strength, and recovery.
