100 – 300 mcg per day
Using T4, athletes can improve physical body performance and effectively lose weight without feeling hungry.
The most common adverse reactions attributed to the T4 are insomnia, trembling, worriedness, irregular heartbeat, and natural Thyroid hormone reproduction suppression.
To reduce side effects, include Beta-adrenoblockers and ketotifen in your cycle. Use T4 in the first half of the day to avoid insomnia.
Additional care should be taken when stacking T4 with other medication affecting blood pressure and heart rate.
